How many times have you put pressure on yourself to have a positive mind after something unfortunate has happened? Or after seeing something so inspirational it makes you want to change somethings up?
We’ve all been there. Ready to make that big leap when boom! you have a bad day and it kick’s you back to where you started from. The energy you had is suddenly lost, everything looks dark, and you can’t talk yourself out of it. All the while feeling like you have failed.
